Is there any chance of hooking up(and converting) the incredible resource of Lulu Bandha's videos to this site? Those don't play on the device I have available. Also, on my wish list is a series of talks on Pantanjali's Yoga Sutras-your talks are especially scintillating. Thanks!
Dearest Sharon. How are you? We are working on a show about the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, so thank you so much for the encouragement. I'll write you and we can figure out why Lulu's videos are not playing. And will I see you in Portland this March at People's Yoga? xo kira
Will look forward to seeing you in Portland! and the Sutra classes. The only online access I have is iphone and it doesn't play videos on Adobe Flash. Your Yoga Anytime videos play fine, but miss luluvu, Yin Yoga, et al- a real wealth of home inspiration.
"Wish List": A Granny needing some gentle movement in bed to unstiffen enough to be able to get out of bed. Have improvised my own, but would love other input-especially love Sonia Isart Sanou teaching-heartfelt and warming.
