I found i was chanting faster bc I was moving with the beads faster than I was breathing, and sometimes even holding my breathe..which doesn’t seem right. I’ll give it some more tries- thank you!
Anupama N try to just let your breath be natural- no holding, no controlling. move over the beads slowly without feeling rushed. the breath doesnt need to coordinate with moving the beads or the mantra. give it more time!
