I loved meditating with the mala. Time seem to fly by and for the first time my busy brain could concentrate on the beads and the mantra.

I found i was chanting faster bc I was moving with the beads faster than I was breathing, and sometimes even holding my breathe..which doesn’t seem right. I’ll give it some more tries- thank you!
Anupama N try to just let your breath be natural- no holding, no controlling. move over the beads slowly without feeling rushed. the breath doesnt need to coordinate with moving the beads or the mantra. give it more time!

This was my first time ever using a mala (found one just for this course!). It was lovely. I was able to focus deeper by using the mala with the mantra. Thank you...
