Yes, most likely Paige ! It's always helpful to find the points in the body (core etc) that you can engage efficiently, so not to overwork one area, maybe the balancing leg for example ... team effort:)) Core always a good thing to utilize!
Paying close attention to my breath body and feelings I really enjoyed this practice. The balancing was tricky but the more I relaxed the easier it was. A powerful way to start the day. Thanks Robert.
Lots of wobbles on the balance postures but I got through it and most importantly turned up. It felt like a thorough internal workout and it certainly spiced up my core. Perfect for the start of the weekend. Namaste Robert.
