Dawnie P, thank you very much for sharing your experience! If you ever have any questions or you need help with poses or exercises for the hip please reach out. I’ve been doing a lot of work to help people who either have hip replacements or are struggling with hip pain.
Many thanks Nathan, I have really enjoyed this challenge and have certainly learned a lot. I could not manage all the poses but gave them all my best shot.
I feel stronger and have even noticed a subtle change in my leg strength on the bike when I engage my arms and think about grounding down on the saddle (I love long distance cycling).
I thought what next, as I have really enjoyed getting onto the mat with the planned practice. I am going to start at Day 1 again, I am sure it will be little easier the 2nd time.
Just completed my third time through this challenge and can report lots of improvement each time I've done it, l love it.
It fits into my latest mantra - I live in easy world, where everything is easy.
I love the fact I don't need to think about what yoga I'm going to do.
I get up each morning, I start with a 15 minute stretch video, then I do a 15 cycling stretch video and then finally hit the mat and do the next yoga in the 30 day journey, perfect, 1 hour done usually before 8 am and I'm on fire for the rest of the day.
Kim I! Round 3 💪 Fantastic! I always love to hear back from people who have down multiple rounds of the challenge because of their experience of growth and change. I hope testimonials like these will encourage others to follow in your footsteps.
