Patty, thanks so much this is such a fun practice. I got so close to the Crow position and I know I will get there in the near future! Cheers Robin

David G- All in good time is the perfect philosophy! Also, I never thought of sore triceps from cycling, but I am not a cyclist, so interesting!

Kakāsana is one of my challenge poses to be sure! Nice progression to Crow pose in this sequence. And I enjoyed a really deep Savāsana afterwards!  : )

Patti, Love the energy of this practice. Crow comes more precise for me at this pace. I did detect the orange aroma.

Robin P so glad you liked it!  The aroma of oranges always helps the journey to crow.

Patti, thank you for the practice.  I loved the cue about using a blanket to elevate the heels for low squat.  This made me feel secure in the pose as I have just progressed to keeping my heels down in a low squat, but it is hard to hold, not so with the assist of the blanket.  Thank you!  I'm also working on holding my crow longer as I can get into the pose, but can only hold it for about 2 seconds. If you blink you miss it!

Holly N  Apologies for taking so long responding!  I am glad you liked the blanket.  Feeling secure in the pose is so important, it lets us keep the breath steady and we can actually move into perhaps holding crow longer and longer.  Holding for 2 seconds is still balancing!  It is all a practice......
