Robin Thank you for the note! This is a Great Idea, I will suggest to the creatives at Yoga Anytime... a whole season of yoga flows with myofascial release weaved in would be fantastic, and is part of my regular practice and teaching all the time, anyway!
Wow! Another great sequence for runners! I'm going to try incorporating this everyday. I liked that you talked about the amount of pressure and didn't spend too long in one spot on the foam roller. I've found that you can actually overdo it!
