Thank you, Lydia! I ran an 8k yesterday and so this practice was perfect timing and allowed me to slow down, relieve low back pain and give love back to my body. I enjoyed the practice. Thank you!
I did this one again. Lower back feels much better! Loved moving from the pelvis with cat/cows and the yawns and releases were a nice new skill to incorporate.
