I really liked Episode 2. Melina is a good teacher and I have taken several of her classes in recent years. As a 63-year-old, the theme of this show - mobility - really speaks to me. I consider myself an advanced beginner, having started yoga in 2006, but noy doing crow pose or chaturanga. Every pose in this class was accessible to me - yay! I look forward to new classes in this season.

This practice feels very beneficial. I finished the practice feeling taller and looser all along the spine.

Aaaaah…great way to start the day and the week 🌞 I didn’t realize how stiff my back had become after a busy weekend of cleaning and clearing out dust and clutter in our garage.  On the mat today there was a lot of snap crackle and pop 🤣 and I’m feeling very spacious and alert now.  Thanks Melina!
