It's always a pleasure to experiment your creative sequences. I've really enjoyed the side bend with twisted uttanasana and chair pose sequence as well as the saw combined with the wild thing variation. A nice fusion of yoga and Pilates!

Thank you for a great practice. This fluid flow really got the kinks out of my lumbar. Much appreciated. I am enjoying all of the Pilate moves as well.
