Loving this Yoga Reset series! 20 minutes is almost always doable, even on the busiest days. The combination of strength, flow, balance poses and breathwork seems to be the perfect recipe for a much-needed reset. Always so sweet to practice here with you Stephanie ❤️🙏🏻🥰

Ive loved the random practises Ive done from this challenge so decided to go start it from the beginning - and this was wonderful.
When you intructed the last breathing exercise you said in slowly through the nostrils and purse your mouth as in blowing out a candle - and i did a big sudden whooooo before i realised you probably meant slow and smooth ???? Tried it both ways ....Gave me a smile!
Michelle F that's perfect regarding the breath :) You can decide which way you prefer to exhale through the pursed lips :) it's good to have options and anytime we exhale through the mouth it helps the nervous system down regulate. I'm so glad you're enjoying the classes. big hugs!
