Loved the functional movements towards the end. They are so important for everyone!

 I think of stacking the joints and strengthening the muscles that will stabilize them there as Pre-yoga. But also pre-hiking, standing, etc. So glad you found these. Thanks for reaching out to let me know!  Patricia
