I love the building of heat without quick movements. The slow intentional movements (and options) of this sequence and then some time for shavasana was quite wonderful

I just love your style Melina. Revisted this again after some time, and loved it all over again. Any plans to do more yoga anytime videos? I like the longer practices especially. And would love to see more of you here.

This was an excellent way to start my day. I appreciated the deeper pranayama practices so effortlessly folded in, and the strong core without tons of sit-ups. Thank you for fueling my day
