@24:40 I am not able to have both shoulders on the ground; as i move my knee to one side, it just seems impossible to keep the shoulders grounded or the knee would not go down. either , or.  
Hi Ramzi M, Thanks for your inquiry. You are certainly not alone with this and there are as many ways to do twists as there are people doing twists. I would suggest picking one—the shoulder or the knee and see which feels better for you to have grounded. You can always take a bolster or blanket under the knee for support as well.
