What a great practice to do once in a while (use of wall), giving you different sensations verses poses done away from the wall. It reminds you what to feel or look for, where to perhaps push a little and where to release, while taking notice of your typical habits of where you want to go or don't go (like not using pinkie toe). :) Thanks Jennifer!
