Hi Margi. This one was really good for me. I've been looking at this, and was finally ready to do it. Twists really do feel good! I had to remember not to push and just to go with what my body desired for the work and I felt it more in my insides than my back. It was great, stretchy and different from what I expected (I expected to feel it more in my back). Class was difficult but good. During Shavasana, there was a lot of emotional release for me.
