(waves lapping) So, while true progress in the practice isn't as easy to see as progress within the techniques, there are steps you can take as you dive into Yoga Anytime to help you more easily track how you're doing. One. Find a teacher on the site with whom you truly and deeply resonate with. That might be one or two but once you find a teacher that seems to speak the same vibration as you, stick with him or her. That relationship of trust will make it easier to start to trust yourself.

Two, immerse yourself totally with this teacher. So, each teacher when they come here to Yoga Anytime, they create a show or a season that's a complete package, that's progressive. That has tutorials and ideas as well as practices. Really let yourself soak up everything a teacher here has to offer and then seek them out beyond the site if useful. Three, comment and engage.

The more you put your voice into Yoga Anytime, the more Yoga Anytime can respond to your voice. So, if there's something that we're missing that you would like, let us know. We can reach back. Four, repeat. Oftentimes, we find that we can have greater success if we find a practice that we like repeated.

Do the same practice over and over will help you know how you're doing within the practice as opposed to just getting distracted by the newness of a new practice. Five, let your questions guide you. So, as you practice, you're gonna have questions about what you're doing and how you're doing it and things you're finding out. So, as you have those questions, let them draw you forward. So maybe that's your commenting on the site, but maybe that's using the Google machine and maybe that's asking your friends and others.

Six, take a look at the video and read the blog on how do I know if I'm doing this right. There we offer tips for just being able to track your practice and find out if it's working. And seven. Relax. One of the most famous quotes from Pattabhi Jois is "Do your practice and all is coming".

One of the things that you can assured of is that yoga is so happy you've joined the party and she's here to take really good care of you.
