(waves crashing) Welcome again. We've looked at a wide range of sounds thus far. And tried to see how they impact us in different ways, in different moods, hopefully different times of the day, and best if you can do it all the time the whole day through. (laughing) We'll now look at another sound which is a very powerful sound in its own way, a very simple sound, and yet one that is greatly liberating. It's the sound Ah.

It's an aspirit sound. It's a sound when one really does on one heaves a sigh of relief, ah. It's a sound that we've experienced many times when it's been a long day and you've just sat down and you're glad that they day is over and you can just rest at home. It's a sound where you can just feel a sense of relaxation and yet a conscious awareness of your presence in the midst of all that chaos. The sound ah, which be sure that you don't do it as an hah, it's not a hah, it's an ah.

Try that out. Ah. It's the sound of letting go, of outgoing, expanding energy. It's the sound of letting go, expansion, outgoing energy. And it is at the same time a sound of one's self-expression, of one's ego but without an imposition of any kind.

It's a sound where you can really find yourself and let everything else fall away. All the unnecessary baggages drop away. So we'll do the sound ah, but this time with your eyes closed and a certain visualization. In this case imagine that you are letting go of all the baggages that you're carrying. And just feel the relief of just being without those baggages.

Try and feel this as concretely as you can. The sensation of really letting go. And then take a deep breath and do the sound ah. All right. Let's start.

Visualize letting down of all the baggages, take a deep breath, and do the sound, ah. Once more. (breathing in deeply) Ah. At a physical level the sound can be very good to replenish, to fill our being with a fresh breath of air. Because when you do an ah, it's almost as if we are also letting go of all our negativity, all the air that is within and that needs to be taken out, exhaled.

The ah is a sound which naturally allows this cleansing of the being. So, relax, cleanse yourself, shine in the world. Thank you.
