Dive in and return to the sweetness of the heart. This challenge is inspired to bring you back home to your heart and to really experience the deep waters of the heart as they flow. We will practice for 10 days, 45 minutes each day, exploring new techniques, sequences and fluid shapes that are slow with space to feel, strengthening, invigorating, challenging and also a little stretchy. We'll also have that opportunity to feel that sweetness and the nourishing postures of the practice. These practices will empower you to open the heart and live more creatively.
