Another great interview that reminded me just how lovely and relatable you are Lara...I’ll definitely be revisiting your practices on yoga anytime 🌞 So much sound advice was shared here.  As a type A perfectionist, I’ve been pushing myself during this time of staying in to clean, organize  and get to as many projects as I can...and in the process I’m driving my family (and myself) NUTS.  This interview was a nice reminder to me that it’s important to back off from trying to control everything.  More walks in nature with my dog sounds like a good way to start 🐶🌱🌷
