Hi, today I'm gonna tell you the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, so while I'm telling you the story we'll do the poses. So, let's start with walking bear pose. Once upon a time, there were three bears, and they lived in the forest, so come onto your hands and knees, press into your paws, stretch back, bend one knee, bend the other, pretend you're a big bear and you're walking through the forest. Oh, that feels good to be a bear, and then slowly come up, place your hands on your hips, stand up, now while the three bears were out walking in the forest along came a little girl, and her name was Goldilocks, so let's do Goldilocks pose, bend your knees, rock a little from time to time. Goldilocks was a very good little girl, a very curious little girl, so that day she saw the bears' house, she didn't know who lived in there, so she knocked on the door and there was no answer.

She slowly opened the door, and she went inside, and once she got inside guess what she saw on the table? She saw three bowls of porridge, so let's go ahead and sit down, and we'll make porridge pose, so she saw the first bowl and it was a giant bowl of porridge, and she stirred it up, and stirred it up, and she took a big bite, it was too hot, not good for Goldilocks, so then she saw the medium-sized bowl, so pull your feet in, and she stirred it up, and she stirred it up, and she took a bite, too cold for Goldilocks, and then she saw a tiny little bowl, bring your feet close to your body, and she stirred it very slowly, and she took a bite, and guess what? It was just right, so Goldilocks ate it all up, so yummy, (moans) yum. Then, Goldilocks decided she was going to sit in a chair, and she saw three chairs, so she sat in the first one, a giant chair, and the chair rocked too fast, too fast for Goldilocks, whoa, and the she sat in the middle chair, and she rocked, and it was too slow, too slow for Goldilocks, and then she sat in the teeny weeny little chair and she rocked and rocked, and it was so much fun, except guess what happened? It broke, oh boy.

So, then Goldilocks decided to get up, and she was feeling kind of tired now, so she climbed the stairs, and she went into the bedroom, and guess what she saw? She saw three beds. Now, the first one, a giant bed. She got in it, and it was too hard, she didn't like it, so then Goldilocks got in the second bed, and she lifted her onto the bed, and she said, you know what? This is too soft, no, and then she got in the teeny weeny bed, pressing your feet, make a little bed, and guess what?

Goldilocks felt so happy in that bed that she put her head down, so let's put our heads down, and she fell fast asleep. Oh, it feels good to rest. Now, at the same time, the three bears were ready to come back and eat their porridge, so come back into walking bear, and the bears walked into their house, and guess what they saw? First, they saw the three bowls of porridge, and the little bear looked at his and said, who ate up all my porridge? And then they looked at the chairs, and the little bear said, who broke my chair?

And then they climbed the stairs, and they looked in beds, and when the little bear looked in his little bed guess who he saw? There was Goldilocks, and when she saw the little, when she heard the little bear's voice she opened her eyes, and she looked at the three bears, and guess what she did? She jumped up out of bed and she ran down the stairs as fast as she could, and out the door and back home. And you know what Goldilocks learned after that? She learned when you knock on the door wait to be invited in.
