Hi. I'm Jasmine. I'm so excited to share my new five week course with you Sutra SADna on yoga anytime. This course is an exploration of the five clasas. The poisons or obstacles in our minds that can lead to our suffering. Luckily, each clasha has an antidote. One of the Yamas, the yogic vows or virtues that can liberate us.

Each week, you'll receive a thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa practice, a guided meditation around each pair, and an accompanying journal prompt to personalize these profound teachings for peace, and incorporate them into your practice in life for a more meaningful and intentional experience of yoga. I can't wait for you to join me.
