Caroline S
why don't we realise that looking at the things we fear / we avoid / we dislike, is the deepest practice?  Because we have externalised our practice to be something else outside ourselves.  Verse 2.56 made me realise what you have said before James, paraphrasing, read / study the book of yourself to know yourself.  Brilliant !
