(waves crashing) Hi everybody, I'm really glad you're here, and I'm really excited about this nest of practices that we have created for you based on really three streams. One, ayurveda, another tantra, and the third is yoga itself. And so what I think you'll find here is a really complete practice tool kit. You have some really interesting asana practices that will teach you how to embody, invoke, and draw in each of the five elements into your life. And each of the five elements has a secret super power that you can work with, and we've created asanas around that.
You also have a couple of different meditations that are going to help you ground energy to feel more stable, more solid, more at ease in life, and meditations for gathering your energy to be able to create more of what you want to achieve in life and in your spiritual practice. I've done a couple of talks on topics that are really near and dear to my heart, some just on the basics of what ayerveda is, and some basic daily self care routines that you can do, some nighty-night routines that are gonna help you sleep like a baby, and a few practices on restoring yourself through both asana and restorative yoga and meditative practices that will help you heal this area of the body that ignites us into the rejuvinative force. Really, this entire tool kit that we're offering you is about one thing, and without this one thing, none of them really work. And so there's one thread that's woven throughout the entire nest of practices, and that is total, relentless self love and compassion. And so I just really encourage you to take full advantage of this time and to practice with a loving heart towards yourself, and if you do that, it's going to easily shine out on everyone else.
Enjoy.
