Hi Rita, Welcome! Thank you for being here! These "Good Morning Yoga" practices can be done anytime of day. While the pacing is slow and steady, many of them are designed to be energizing, generate a little heat, and help you feel more centered and connected. I find that doing Yoga, even for just a few minutes, whenever I can, makes a huge difference.
