Hi Rita, Welcome! Thank you for being here!  These "Good Morning Yoga" practices can be done anytime of day. While the pacing is slow and steady, many of them are designed to be energizing, generate a little heat, and help you feel more centered and connected. I find that doing Yoga, even for just a few minutes, whenever I can, makes a huge difference. The key is to find the teacher, style, and pace that works for you in whatever moment you find yourself in. Keep me posted! Warmly, Alana

This was such an amazing class. I felt spry like a cat after it! I am adding it to my daily routine! I feel 10 years younger with the increased mobility and decreased back strain. Thank you!
