This was my second day meditation with a Mala.  It already felt a little more natural than yesterday.  
Each and every experience is much better than the first time so far as I go through the second time in this challenge.

The mala is very helpful for me but i still find my mind wandering at times: however less so than without it.

Made me smile when I just read the comments about how different the same mantra may be experienced by each person. For me, hamsa is my favorite! It makes me vibrant and its like after a foggy morning you feel the first glimpse of sun rays coming out and after a while lifting away the entire fog filling everthing up with light. It makes me so happy! I just wanted to continue with the meditation. :)))
