This is my second time going through this challenge. My meditation practice was great after the first time through for a long time but later I stopped meditating for about six months. I knew to get my daily practice started again, completing this challenge again was the very best way to accomplish that goal. This feels great to be back each morning with you again.
I went in meditation easier today. I noticed as I did my Manta, that I was moving down my vertebra and all was calm until I came to the lower Chakas, that the mind was getting agitated. Moved past this point and brought myself back to Soham
