I’m loving every one of these practices! The stories are so touching and this story of Shiva felt so poignant… it’s so soothing to recognize that while it may seem like the world is falling apart around us that there is also beauty and these hard moments can be the harbingers of change. So easy to get caught up in the negative or the positive and such a comfort to try to hold both at the same time. Thank you ♥️
