When you film more 30 min sequences, I'd love both ones that focus on postural themes i.e. backbends, forward, twists . . . And also your wonderfully integrated sequences that are so well rounded, of course.

I loved the eagle arm variations and the dancing camel - I think this is the first time I have truly loved the camel! 😂
