I've discovered the shamanic breath. I've found it invigorating. Maybe these days I prefer the tantric breath to calm down and unwind the stress. How many different breathing exercises exist? I know many but I discover new ones. This is pleasing. I've liked the warrior 3 with the shoulder stretch. Thank you!
