This was so much fun. I loved how easy the forearm plank was at the end. Other practitioners expressed many of my thoughts in the comments. I kept thinking: "wow, another amazing teacher on YA."  Thank you for the laughs and smiles as well. Your closing comments were poignant. Namaste
