Thank you Devi N so happy to have you on the journey! I think we all have a long way to go to get to the 8th limb of Yoga - Enlightenment - but it sure is a beautiful journey isn't it?!
I have really loved revisiting this series. I love your creative sequencing (I don’t know how you hold it all in your head). I also appreciate the arm balancing in this series. I just finished my 500 hours TT and to be honest have felt a bit inadequate with my arm balancing. But by coming back to this series, I realise that I really have been building strength and many postures that were inaccessible have become accessible. Thank you for bringing the fun back into arm balances!

Hi Ali Congrats on your 500hr Teacher Training, my favorite aspect of yoga is that we keep learning and exploring and it's never ending! So glad the sequences helped you rock those arm balances!

I really loved this practice! Especially the low extended, twisting and reverse warrior, something NEW to me and these gave a deep stretch in a way the standing poses do not. Appreciate the creative sequencing. Thank you so much Wade 💖
