Another wonderful flow including a good variety of arm balances and Kapotasana to stretch the hips, felt so good! That was a good reminder to come from courage and not fear.
I loved the sequencing in this flow - it really flowed haha! The head on the block in crow is something i had never tried -- wow what a difference that made! Excellent tip! Side arm balance still totally eludes me - my brain just short circuits so I paused and watched your effortless demonstration - inspiring me - will give it another go!
