ZOWIE! I practice daily (whether by myself or on this site) but *this* practice was like an energetic roto-rooter that left me grounded and buzzing. Thanks, Sadie!
Thank you Sadie. I did feel more grounded afterwards. I enjoyed the focus on deep breathing with emphasis on lower breathing, and felt less tension with the fluid poses. Very unique flow.
