Hey Lydia, I came back here. So fun to go back down memory lane. I felt better after this (100 miles between today and yesterday and some really fast work last night... wow!). I forgot how you also gave a challenge to anyone who wanted to test your theories about lower back pain. And by the way: you are right. Core work is better than forward folds! I tried hands back for the table tops because that is the opposite directions of the hands on the handlebar. Same principle as the core. Felt better too. Got some shanti on the ride when there were no cars, but worked on nervous system resets from the many tools you have given me (when there was traffic). Best, David
