Yoga for Spinal Injury

GET EDUCATED. GET INVOLVED.

September is Spinal Injury Awareness Month. We collaborated with Quinn Brett to produce Season 1 of Yoga for Paralysis and hope to encourage you to learn more.

This is a short list of hardworking inspirational organizations that you can dive into to learn more, support spinal injury research, and assist athletes after paralysis.

The High Fives Foundation supports the dreams of outdoor action sports athletes by raising injury prevention awareness while providing resources and inspiration to those who suffer life-altering injuries.

The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation is dedicated to advancing quality of life and discovering cures for spinal cord injury in the here and now. Download the foundation's free Paralysis Resource Guide and Kate Willette's Don't Call It A Miracle: The Movement To Cure Spinal Cord Injury.

Unite 2 Fight Paralysis exists to unite and empower the international spinal cord injury community to cure paralysis through advocacy, education, and support for research.
