This 20 min practice begins with meditation,breath, song and chanting for the first 4 min. I adapted this portion for my own needs and it worked just fine. The movements are fluid and gentle but require greater flexibility in some areas. beginners will have plenty of room to grow and experts will enjoy this intensely relaxing yet somehow energizing practice.
