The Self Care Challenge

This 10-day immersion with Kelly Sunrose is designed to awaken and reveal our deepest and truest nature. Together, we will be caring for and loving the Self. Leaning in on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras as our ethical guide and inspiration, we undergo experiments and investigate the inner landscape of our thoughts, feelings, sensations, and emotions. Through these practices, talks, and journaling exercises, we will become more tender and intimate with ourselves and our relationship with all things. Thank you for being here.

This is such a well done series. I have just completed the intro videos and Day 1 and I am so impressed. Kelly, I love how you tie together yoga philosophy (yamas, niyamas and koshas), gentle asanas, meditation and journal prompts for each day. Every aspect of this program encourages self love and listening to the subtle cues of our minds and body. As someone who is delving back into my yoga asana practice cautiously after experiencing a back injury, this was just what I need right now. I can't recommend this series more. I would love to see a new series by Kelly on Yoga Anytime.
