Namaste. Thanks for being here. As a yogi, you might be planning or thinking of taking a pilgrimage to India, a land that's so vast and full of intricacy and mysticism. My name is Ushi and I love India. I've lived there for eight years. I host groups of pilgrims, groups of yogis, and I also work in the rural areas outside of Varanasi. I'm sharing a set of clips here that are based on my experience supporting groups and supporting friends as they make their first India pilgrimage. Some of these experiences I've had are just things that I found to help me along the way as I made my first solo pilgrimage as a woman alone. I hope you'll watch and let these suggestions support you and have the experience of a lifetime on your India pilgrimage.
