Jai, and welcome to season two of Yoga Love. I have developed this series as a way to branch yoga and all of the yogis and yoginis who identify with living in a larger body. So, if you are one of those yogis or yoginis, you will really find an inclusive practice that you can dive into and form a more vibrant and healing relationship with your body. If you don't identify with that, that's fine too. This is all about love and connection to our bodies.
I've created videos that involve a loving kindness meditation, sun salutations with many different props, such as using the wall, or the chair, or blocks. I also dive deep into the idea of tone and how that exists within our bodies. I have some talks about body vulnerability, about getting in touch with ourselves, using breath to connect, breathing, relaxing, feeling, watching, and allowing, and I'd love for you to also explore the journaling assignments that I have included with these videos. You can take them with you, you can do them after the practice, and if anything comes up for you I'd love to have dialogue. Meet me on the forum, I'd love to have a conversation.
