Hi. Welcome. This is our first season of Step by Step and to help launch the season my friend Megan is here. Thank you. Megan lives in Ojai. She's an amazing bread baker, goat farmer, and many other things and obviously a yogini. So thank you so much. Also to help us today for assistance I've brought some friends. This here, this is Saraswati. Saraswati is understood as the goddess of learning, of wisdom, of the arts, and she's the consort of Brahma. Brahma is responsible or understood as to be the creative force. And we bring her because, you know, what is real wisdom? And real wisdom is the humility to surrender to what is. And as opposed to understand that there's something to be achieved. And then the other friend we've brought, and this is a photo that a friend of mine, Jess Seibertuk, of our teacher Eric Shiffman up at Meditation Mount. And our teacher Eric, you know, we're just so grateful to him for so many reasons. But one of the main gifts that he's given us is permission. Permission to find out what's really happening, how things really are, and the courage to respond appropriately. Because really this whole concept of inner guidance sounds easy, and yet to be guided inwardly also requires mad courage. So he's with us. So as I mentioned before, it always helps to have Agni here too. Agni, which is the Sanskrit word for fire. I'm gonna put that, where should I put this lighter? I'll put it here. Agni is, we call in Agni to assist in transformation. And you know, we're not making these videos under the guise that we know, all there is to know about everything. We too are in a learning process, and the Agni helps remind us of that. So the main purpose of this show, perhaps, is to assist in breaking down some of these postures into more bite-sized pieces. So when we approach a posture, there's some complexities of what might need to be, what might want to be more open, what might want to be a little stronger, what might want to be a little bit more tuned. And so in this show, we're hoping to start to just pick a few postures, ones that we've looked at in the posing show, use a few techniques that we explore in the inner working show, and see if we can come to a deeper understanding of how these things are put together, and ultimately, of course, result in a more pleasant experience. That's really the point. Because if your yoga practice isn't pleasant, you won't do it for very long. So thank you for being here. Thank you, Megan. See you soon.
