Hi, I'm Sarah. Welcome to this season of the Vinyasa Show. It's so nice to be here together. Throughout this season we're gonna look at practices that are a little bit more grounding, so we'll look at rooting our energy. Then we'll move up to some practices that are a little bit more fluid, so we'll look at Dancing Warrior flows, flowing to poses such as Dancer Pose, and Birds of Paradise.
Then we'll move into opening the heart, so we'll do some heart opening practices and also some practices that are just energizing, so you might do a power flow with me or maybe the Sunrise flow just to start your day and wake things up and just get started. Hopefully you'll feel more energized, you'll feel invigorated and just overall, have this feeling of moving and flowing like you. I invite you to find your own practice throughout this season. Take things that you love, leave things that you don't, and just really make it your own. This is all about feeling good in your body and just being happy, so I'm really happy to be here.
