(water splashing) Hey what's happening? Here are some tips that will help you get started with the 30 Days Showing Up. So these are things that I have found to be very beneficial and very necessary actually. So, tools. What's in the toolbox?

Very essential is a yoga mat, okay? And me personally, I prefer a mat that has a little extra thickness, so 1/4 inch might be good. I usually do double mats because when you put the knee down, it's a little more comfortable okay. So the thickness of the mat, you choose, but a mat crucial. Two cork blocks.

Really helpful bringing the ground higher. In a lot of the poses, I use them all the time, not a crutch, very helpful. A yoga blanket, any kind of blanket really. But if you're ordering the things from some online website, right, get the yoga blanket. It's very helpful in a lot of different ways.

You'll see it in the 30 Days Showing Up. That's basically like a good set of tools to get you started. The other thing would be your space, where are you going to do this in your home? Maybe it's your office, but let's assume it's in your home. Find a place free and clear of a lot of maybe a lot of noise, a lot of bills, a lot of to-do lists.

Might not be possible, but do your best to create, it's like a special place, special, sacred, whatever word you'd like to use. I personally it's at the foot of my bed, and then I have this little kind of desk thing with a few images, a few things that symbolize calm, my practice, strength, inspiration, okay? So you know if you're gonna go through this 30 Days of Showing Up, get your space right, get your tools right. And most importantly, what I truly believe is that you show up as you are, okay. Don't feel like, don't feel like you need to lose anything, quit anything, reach anything, or stop anything.

Show up as you are, and everything will be fine, okay. I will be there guiding you, leading you, sweating with you, laughing, uh, with you, all of it, okay, for 30 practices. It'll be a lot of fun, and I think you're gonna learn a lot that will be helpful. So, show up. Get your tools, create your space, show up.
