The root of our resistance to change is fear. To be free, we need to commit courageously to doing the inner work to create outer change. Join me on this seven-day in-home yoga retreat. We will practice 45 minutes a day together asana practice and in addition we'll have coaching and journaling exercises to help you identify any obstacles that are there that need to be cleared so that you can move forward on your path and in your truest essence with passion and purpose. In addition, you will get stronger, you will become more flexible and more fluid in your body but more importantly you'll get stronger and more fluid in holding your inner container and returning to uncovering that joy that has always been living inside of you and with that joy you return back into your life more renewed more refreshed and ready to engage in life in your wholeness in your authenticity and in your purpose. So let's begin our journey together.
