I'm concerned about how often I can find time to do this. Along with other daily practices. Do you advise daily or how many times a week would be effective please? Is a great series.
Hi Linda, I am so glad that you are enjoying the series. I would suggest starting with a small amount of time daily or a few times a week. Can you fit in a yoga practice that is 5 minutes per day? Then as that feels comfortable, you can see if you can build it up to 10 or 20 minutes. Or for some people they prefer a 60 minute practice 2-3 times per week. It is key to build your practice to be a habit that feels good for you.
