I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2012 following a major life event that was not the first (and wouldn’t be the last 😞). This course is so interesting and personal to me because I can see a direct correlation with my life “on the mat” and my life “off the mat” that has spanned the past 21 years of this odyssey. I’m so grateful to you for sharing your story and your wisdom. When you speak of grief I feel a profound connection to you and to everyone who is eternally healing. This is a great comfort. 🕊
