There's no right way to handstand. There's only your way. We're gonna find that together. Welcome to the seven day handstand challenge on Yoga Anytime. I'm Allison Ragerasi.

Each day we explore handstand playing with and discovering our natural existing abilities to skillfully and intentionally balance, align, and experience freedom. We get prop-tastic with walls, chairs, blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters. Oh my, handstands are fun, frustrating. Gritty, graceful, liberating, and empowering. I promise that this journey is worth it.
