Let's burn away blockages in the body and in the mind. I'm Maria Villela. Through my work as an acupuncturist and yoga teacher, I'm committed to supporting individuals through various stages of life to find balance and healing. In this five-week course, we marry the ancient wisdom of yoga with Chinese medicine to help change our conditioned responses and promote emotional resilience. We move through strong yoga practices that target the five spirits, along with their associated organ systems in the body.
