This is a lovely practice to release tension in the neck and shoulders. The arms are a gateway to the upper spine, and we use them along with our props to explore exercises that increase internal awareness and proper alignment, and find relief in the neck and shoulders. You will feel refreshed, light, and uplifted.
What You'll Need: Mat, Chair, Round Bolster, Wall, Blanket (2), Strap, Block
