Hi. I'm Molina Mesa. Welcome to season three of yoga for mobility on yoga anytime. In this season, we'll explore various ways to utilize props as a way to improve our mobility, increase strength, and reignite our passion for postures we may have visited thousands of times. These eight, thirty minute practices have a variety of intentions behind them so you can pick which practice is best for you when you show up at the mat. Whether you're seeking core strength, flexibility, or just a fresh perspective, there's something here for everyone.

YES!  Yoga for Mobility is IMO one of the best shows on this website.  Your creative use of props opens up new ways of getting the most out of every practice.  I always feel better in every way when you are at the helm.  So happy you are back! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
