Hi. I'm Molina Mesa. Welcome to season three of yoga for mobility on yoga anytime. In this season, we'll explore various ways to utilize props as a way to improve our mobility, increase strength, and reignite our passion for postures we may have visited thousands of times. These eight, thirty minute practices have a variety of intentions behind them so you can pick which practice is best for you when you show up at the mat. Whether you're seeking core strength, flexibility, or just a fresh perspective, there's something here for everyone.

YES!  Yoga for Mobility is IMO one of the best shows on this website.  Your creative use of props opens up new ways of getting the most out of every practice.  I always feel better in every way when you are at the helm.  So happy you are back! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Hi Melina! I’m noticing a lot of these practice use props that I don’t currently own… do you have a short list of props to have available for these? ie. hand weights ankle weights resistance bands…perhaps a suggestion for a type or brand that you like to use or that are most versatile? Thank you! I absolutely love your teachings and want to get the most benefit 💗

Hi ~ I don't have any loyalty to any particular types of weights. I have a sense any sport store near you would have everything we use in class. I would suggest 2 or 2.5lb ankle weights, 2-3 and 5 lb. hand weights, a set of 3 non-latex resistance bands, and a loop resistance band, I do love this one:
