Alright. Get ready to move and breathe with intention. Welcome to season seven of the thirty minute Vinyasa show. I'm Shelley Williams with yoga anytime. This season, we're taking our exploration a little deeper and weaving together the mindful flow of Vinyasa with the focused precision of Pilates. Think of it as connecting different ways of moving to spark your presence and ignite your curiosity both on and off the mat. In these episodes, we'll touch upon a few of yoga's beautiful personal observances to Niyamas.
And discover how they resonate with some of the Pilates principles like control and precision and flow. By flowing seamlessly between these two powerful modalities will illuminate the places where they beautifully compliment each other and also where they intersect.
